I am a long-time believer in human magic, drawn to the energising power of collaboration and human connections, and uplifted by facilitating the rewiring of others' brains.As a coach, I partner with individuals, leaders, and global teams, and we co-create transformative journeys towards peak performance & resilience, amplified leadership impact and well-being. I promote awareness of the changes we can make to our human potential, using the current findings of applied neuroscience.I believe in the ability for self-generated change. My clients appreciate my approach which emphasizes purpose, solutions, and tangible outcomes. They feel both safe and appropriately challenged. For me, success is witnessing that my clients bring harder problems to the sessions as they grow more confident in resolving simpler problems themselves.I bring over 30 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, training and strategic and management consulting. After having embarked on my career in finance and strategic roles at global corporations, I founded and directed consulting enterprises, offering support with my team to international companies in navigating change. I have gained board-level experience at international companies backed by private investors.
